4.5" Blood Stone Crystal Skull

Bloodstone is a stone of two natures — deep forest-green and charcoal broken by vivid crimson-red spots and patches, with faint brassy pyrite glints. The 4.5-inch carving holds that dramatic red-on-green, and no two stones wear it the same way. At nearly a kilogram, it has a real presence on any surface.

Carved from a single stone and polished to a mirror finish, the skull keeps every detail crisp — deep hollowed eye sockets, a triangular nasal opening, and a jaw carved with a precise row of teeth.

At 4.5 × 3.3 × 2.9 inches and 950–1000 g, this is a statement piece, carried easily in two hands. The stone was called heliotrope in ancient Greece; medieval legend held that it could still the flow of blood, and it is associated in modern spiritual tradition with courage, vitality and protection.
