Shipping Carriers: We ship via international express carriers including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and regional postal partners depending on your destination. All orders are dispatched from our facility in China.

Order Tracking: Full end-to-end tracking is provided on all orders. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Echo Crystal has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Lost Packages: If your package shows no movement for 10+ business days or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at abeel@echocrystal.com. We will investigate immediately and arrange a replacement or full refund at your choice.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
