2.2" Black Obsidian Crystal Skull

Black obsidian is volcanic glass — molten rock that cooled too fast to crystallize — and this carving keeps that midnight density. The 2.2-inch skull is a deep, opaque black with a mirror-gloss finish; light skates across the cranium in clean white bands and disappears into the hollows. Every reflection it catches is yours alone.

Carved from a single stone and polished to a mirror finish, the skull keeps every detail crisp — deep-set eye sockets, a defined heart-shaped nasal opening, a full row of individually carved teeth. The glossy surface reflects light with a hard, glassy sheen, the black unbroken across the cranium.

At 2.2 × 1.6 × 1.5 inches and 120–130 g, it is small enough to fit in a pocket yet heavy enough to feel real. Obsidian was worked into blades and mirrors by the ancient Aztecs of Mexico, and is associated in modern spiritual tradition with protection and grounding. For spiritual reference only.
